Welcome to Bislett Stadium in July

Oslo and Akershus athletics federation (LOC) is happy to welcome all the Nordic countries to Bislett Stadium on 22nd to 23rd of July for the Nordic Match u20.


Bislett Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Oslo, Norway. It is mainly used for athletics events and has a capacity of around 15,000 spectators. The stadium is famous for hosting the annual Bislett Games, which is one of the most prestigious track and field events in the world.

The stadium was originally built in 1917 and has undergone several renovations and upgrades over the years. It has a unique, oval-shaped track and is known for the "Roar of Bislett" (Bislettbrølet), which has contributed to several world records being set at the Bislett Games over the years.

In addition to athletics events, Bislett Stadium has also hosted concerts, football matches, and other sporting events.


The stadium is owned and operated by the municipality of Oslo, and is an important part of the city's sporting and cultural heritage.
